Zetes Sweden is expanding our customer support organisation with a technical support specialist.

Do you have a couple of years of work experience in IT, Hardware & Support? We assume that you always have service in focus, whether it concerns a customer or a colleague. We also believe that you are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where close co-operation is important.Are you also fluent in the Swedish language and have good English skills? Then you are probably the right profile for our technical team. 

Primary tasks

Customer Support tasks:

  • Answering calls, making initial investigations, documenting issues in Zetes ticket and project management system.
  • Performing service and maintenance on hardware (primarily printers, handheld devices, and similar), handling RMA flows, develop staging processes including programming (StageNow, MC Studio, PARC), develop and maintain MDM tools (SOTI, PPME, …) used for supporting our customers.
  • Supporting the Implementation team with configuration and commissioning of Zetes products at customer sites.
  • Support our commerical team and customer projects technically.

Requirements

  • Technical schooling, Minimum Gymnasium level or equivalent
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably connected to support/maintenance of products like printers, handheld devices/phones, tablets etc
