Paris (France), 27 May 2025 – Ciblex, a key player in the express small parcel transport sector and member of the Walden Express International group, has partnered with Zetes to drive a large-scale digital transformation aimed at enhancing the traceability and efficiency of its logistics operations. As it moves to integrate its entire network - including Relais Colis - Ciblex has selected ZetesMedea to digitalise and increase the reliability of the logistics flows on its docks. To further strengthen visibility, it is also deploying ZetesChronos to provide real-time delivery traceability.

An ambitious modernisation with impressive key indicators
Ciblex operates an extensive global network of 125 branches and depots, delivering specialist express services across a range of sectors such as health, optical, automotive, industry, retail, and sensitive products. The company manages 2,500 delivery rounds daily, handling around 450,000 parcels each day. To support this high-volume, multi-sector operation, Ciblex has entrusted Zetes with the end-to-end digitalisation of its branch and depot activities, delivery workflows, and real-time tracking capabilities.
A technological solution driving operational excellence
To modernise dock operations, Ciblex has deployed ZetesMedea, replacing its legacy system with a latest-generation mobile solution. This upgrade delivers real-time visibility, improved label scanning, which also optimises the scanning time for complex formats, and automated data transfer, resulting in faster, more reliable dock management.
In parallel, ZetesChronos, the dedicated delivery traceability solution, ensures real-time, end-to-end parcel management from dispatch to final delivery. The ePod solution, embedded in a mobile terminal, empowers the teams to efficiently manage all delivery constraints according to priority levels, business hours, and branch locations.
“The success of this projects is largely due to Zetes’ ability to grasp our issues quickly... and the efficient collaboration between our teams.” concludes Melanie Ogier, Director of Projects and Innovation at Ciblex
A milestone in digital transformation
Building on a successful collaboration in Belgium, where Zetes delivered a similarly ambitious project within strict time constraints, Ciblex is now launching its largest digitalisation initiative in France. This bold transformation leverages Zetes’ proven expertise in supply chain optimisation, combined with Ciblex’s close operational collaboration and is tailored precisely to the operational needs of the group. This collaboration involved personalised support, a commitment to change management, and agile responsiveness as the original project scope evolved.
Optimised group synergies
The integration of Relais Colis, a specialist B2C delivery expert, into the group in 2022 was a pivotal moment for the group, prompting a shift towards a more agile and connected logistics organisation. By facilitating interoperability between the Ciblex and Relais Colis networks, Zetes solutions play a key role in this transition by boosting the traceability and automation of processes. This ensures smarter resource allocation, improved coordination and more sustainable logistics practices.
“The success of this project is largely due to Zetes’ ability to grasp our issues quickly, as they understood the specific details of our environment, as well as the efficient collaboration between our teams. Although the solution is still in its deployment phase across our whole network, we are seeing significant buy-in by our operational teams and people are learning to use the solution smoothly and efficiently. In particular, this project provides a response to a major challenge in today's transport sector: how to facilitate the driver's job from the dock to the end customer. The initial feedback concerning traceability and operation is very positive, and I am sure this solution will help to significantly improve customer experience,” concludes Melanie Ogier, Director of Projects and Innovation at Ciblex.
