Beit HaMochtar is a remarkable stone building dating back to 1882, where history, elegance, and modern hospitality come together to create a truly unique experience.

Carefully restored over more than 15 years, the venue preserves its original character while offering a rare combination of an intimate, inspiring atmosphere and advanced infrastructure for high-quality business events. Built by Yehezkel Hornstein, one of the founders of Zikhron Ya’akov and the Ottoman-appointed head of the founding community, the house holds significant historical value. Located at the highest point of the village, the property also features a historic aqueduct — part of the first water system in the Land of Israel.

With over 30 years of service in the Israeli Air Force, he held senior leadership roles in intelligence and operations. Following his military career, he led initiatives in AI and technological innovation in the private sector.

Oron brings a unique combination of security, managerial, and technological expertise, along with a broad strategic perspective on global trends and their impact on organizations and industries.
