Tel Aviv (Israel), 8 September 2026 – Tnuva, one of Israel’s leading food groups, has implemented the ZetesMedea Voice solution as part of a strategic initiative to enhance its northern logistics operations. This step reflects Tnuva’s ongoing commitment to supply chain innovation, and its dedication to ensuring high-quality service levels and greater responsiveness to evolving market demands. The solution plays a key role in strengthening operational excellence at the company’s newly expanded logistics centre in Haifa.
Tnuva’s logistics centre in Haifa is a key hub for the distribution of fresh dairy and frozen food products across a broad geographic area. To replace manual picking methods, ZetesMedea Voice was deployed alongside a new WMS. The solution enables real-time, voice-guided instructions for order pickers, who confirm each task by speaking into a wearable head microphone. This ensures systematic real-time traceability and continuous workflow monitoring.

Productive, flexible and intuitive
The hands-free voice solution eliminates the need for handheld terminals or paper-based picking lists, allowing operators to remain entirely focused on the picking process. By removing manual data entry and screen interactions, it streamlines operations and significantly boosts both productivity and accuracy. This user-friendly system also simplifies onboarding for seasonal staff by guiding users through intuitive voice commands in their native language, enabling a natural and efficient workflow that reduces training time and minimises errors.

The project was successfully delivered through close cooperation between Tnuva’s leading Supply Chain Management and IT teams, together with Zetes, ensuring complete alignment with both operational needs and strategic objectives.
