The ZetesChronos Delivery Execution Platform will increase visibility and driver productivity and manage conditions in real-time to maintain an unbroken cold chain.
PHOENIX delivers a high volume of pharmaceuticals from their state-of-the-art semi-automated warehouse to pharmacies, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. The new solution will replace their legacy system, incorporating the latest technology and Honeywell devices to modernise last mile fulfilment operations The latest generation software, ZetesChronos enables the company to manage all orders on a single platform, enhancing overall management capabilities.

Improved control and sustainable logistics
The solution will optimise van loading, last mile logistics and capture data such as e-signatures. Drivers are able to communicate directly with all stakeholders, and back-office workers will monitor order status in real-time to manage queries or disputes. ZetesChronos also enables condition monitoring, automatically alerting drivers of quality control throughout delivery.
PHOENIX will meet sustainability KPIs by reducing unnecessary mileage and paper use, and by preventing wastage and quality loss. The next generation system from ZetesChronos incorporates reverse logistics and dynamic management of unplanned pick-up and delivery to save time and minimise empty miles and emissions.
