What we are looking for
Our People Identification division provides public authorities and supranational institutions with solutions
to enable authentication of citizens in view of the issuing of secure ID and travel documents, physical and
digital, and supports them to create national registers or voters’ lists. People ID Administration & Procurement work globally to ensure that our teams across the world are able to travel, that the administration for our government customers & prospects is handled correctly and that the procurement process for internal and external customers is managed in a professional way. For this purpose this team uses MS Office as well as other ERP-type software systems for which training is provided.
Working primarily in our Admin & Procurement team you will be highly organized and work tirelessly to ensure our sales & project teams delivering to governments can execute at high pace for which we are recognized as industry leading. This exacting coordination is central to the delivery of exemplary customer experience which lays at the heart of how we work.
Alongside these core responsibilities, you will work to support our Executive Leaders by expertly managing schedules and global travel arrangements, enabling our leaders to focus on their primary objective of delivering our mission and business strategy. Evolving into the role of first point of contact for supporting our CEO is part of the potential growth path, asµµ you will have impeccable front-of-house etiquette and the ability to skillfully sort the urgent from the important, expertly assisting organization. You will be discreet, resilient and adaptable, playing an integral role in our business.
Alongside this great opportunity that supporting our executives brings, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in the customer bid process and play in central role in arranging internal and external
events. This cross functional role will provide our new talented team member with multi disciplinary learning and
exposure. More critically, this gives a chance to learn how a business works from numerous angles.
Skills, Behaviors & Experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PC literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Confidence with IT systems and be eager to learn to work with Management software (Kimoce (ERP), SharePoint).
- You are able to operate with a high degree confidentiality and discretion, ensuring that we operate in an ethical and compliant way
- Structure and accuracy
- You have strong customer service skills when dealing with internal and external parties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which you have built and in your career to date
- You are adaptable, resilient in your nature, able to seamlessly multi-task and you’re calm under pressure having worked in similar situations previously.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment
- You have an eye for detail which will be evident through documents created, project work and other administrative tasks
- You’re pro-active and able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
- You enjoy working across a rich diversity of cultures and languages. You will be Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Industry knowledge is not essential but your experiences to date will have given you the foundational skills and acumen to deliver the requirements of this role
