    • Extended sanity test: using your data we make sure your device is up and running after a repair
    • SWAP service: we centrally manage your buffer stocks reducing loss of equipment and limiting your initial investment. This service minimises downtime when a replacement is needed due to repair of devices.
    • Pick-up service: We pick-up your defective devices on-site.
  • RMA portal: Our web portal ensures you have total online visibility of your RMA’s enabling you to track your repairs real time and manage your assets easily across multi-level (per site, type of contract, etc.)
  • Service Delivery Management: By means of SDM we take operational as well as tactical responsibility of SLA compliant delivery of service according to the contract agreed upon.
