We are now looking for an Administrative & Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Sales & Customer Support
  • Appointments’/Meetings’ organization and office’s calendar control
  • Processing orders and transactions to customers in an efficient and timely manner

Requirements & Skills:

  • University Degree or relevant Degree in Marketing or Business Administration will be preferred
  • Relevant professional experience from 1 to 2 years
  • Full Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language (written and oral)
  • Positive mindset, team spirit and great communication skills
