The Zetes 3i Competence Centres consist of centralised teams of experts dedicated to specific supply chain technologies such as Voice, RFID and Print & Apply. Their mission is built around the simple yet solid 3i principle ‘Innovate, Integrate, Improve’: improving supply chain performance through innova­tive logistics solutions and the integration of technologies such as Voice Recognition, RFID and Print & Apply.

The specialists of the 3i Competence Centres (3i Voice, 3i P&A,
3i RFID) constantly monitor the evolution of these technologies in order to optimise supply chain solutions. Leveraging on their expertise in designing and providing solid solutions, they build standardised solution components that are made available to all members of the Zetes Group, who can customise them in order to best answer the specific business needs of local customers.

The Zetes 3i Competence Centres share their integrator experience with all Zetes regional offices and assist where necessary with deployment, service and support. This combination of empowered country organisations and centralised competence centres allows each of Zetes’ customers to benefit from a locally responsive team, while at the same time having access to the complete range of resources from a pan-European player.
